The agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the privacy notice. If you are buying for a child, you are the customer. The toys are for play and practice. They are not sold as medical devices, treatment, or a therapy programme.

The toys

Each product page describes the toy, the age guide, and the material. Check that before you order. Many pieces are small. An adult should be nearby, and a toy is not suitable for a child who still mouths objects if the page warns about small parts.

A physiotherapist or occupational therapist can suggest how to use a toy. That advice is theirs, not a promise from us that a toy will produce a particular result.

Price and payment

Prices are in South African rand and are shown on the product page. Delivery, if a flat amount is set, is added at checkout. Printed to order. We confirm delivery after payment.

Payment is taken by PayFast. We mark an order paid only after PayFast confirms the payment. If you cancel on the PayFast page, you have not paid and the order does not go ahead. We do not store your card number.

Stock and making the order

Toys are 3D-printed in small batches. The stock count on the site is what we can supply. If we take payment and then cannot supply an item, we will contact you and refund that item.

Delivery

We deliver to the address and phone number you give us, or you can collect from the shop when checkout offers collection. Please check a courier address before you pay. We are not responsible for a delay caused by an address we cannot use. Once the parcel has been handed to you, or to a person at the delivery address, or you have collected it, the risk in the toys passes to you.

Cancelling and faulty toys

Before payment, you can close the PayFast page and you will not be charged.

After payment, contact us straight away if you need to cancel. If the toy has not been printed or handed to a courier, we will cancel the order and refund what you paid for it. If it has already been sent, tell us the order number and we will agree the next step with you.

If a toy arrives damaged, incomplete, or not what you ordered, contact us with the order number. We will replace it or refund it.

The website

The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to Family Forged 3D. You may not copy them for your own shop. Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or place an order you do not intend to pay for.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on the site on the day you pay applies to that order. South African law applies, and a South African court may hear a dispute about an order.
